Over 4 million adults living in social housing are offline.
Housing providers face very specific challenges to support tenants to get online and gain basic digital skills. Over 1,200 social housing providers work with Tinder Foundation, as members of the UK online centre network and Digital Housing Hub, to develop their digital inclusion strategies and ensure their residents have the right skills and access to take part in the online world.
If you work within our Social Housing Network, please do have a look at our materials below, as well as the materials in the rest of the specialist sections, for some handy information.
How Tinder Foundation is supporting Digital Inclusion delivery in social housing providers
- We support a Social Housing Provider Specialist Network with specialist events and resources, and work with Research Partners to identify and share best practice.
- We fund delivery across social housing providers through the BIS Future Digital Inclusion programme.
- We work with social housing providers through the Digital Housing Hub, to help them implement their digital inclusion strategies and share best practice with fellow housing professionals.
