The team behind Learn My Way work to make the website and courses available across a wide range of devices. Each of these devices have different specifications and so we no longer make recommendations based on the equipment.

However some software combinations make a big difference to the user experience. Below we detail some of the key combinations that we know to work well, combinations that we know to cause issues and some things you can do to overcome those issues if you cannot change.

NOTES

Microsoft withdraw support for Windows XP in March 2014, at the same time they withdraw support for Internet Explorer 7 and 8. Internet Explorer 6 - The IE6 browser is now a very old product and Microsoft withdrew their formal support for it in the summer of 2010. We have stopped testing and supporting the Learn My Way website with the IE6 browser. If you haven't yet upgraded your PC(s) to use a more modern browser then we recommend that you plan to do so as soon as you are able.

You can find out if you are using the most up-to-date browser by visiting whatbrowser.org. This site will also show you other browser options and how you can update.
